Guiding Leaders Toward What Matters Most
Hi, I’m Katie
I’m a coach, advisor, and nature nerd who believes that changing the world begins with individuals finding deep connection within themselves and to their purpose. When we are connected to ourselves we can best support and impact the ecosystems in which we are apart.
My early years were shaped by summers spent on my Nana’s small farm, wandering the woods, and paying attention to the world around me. That curiosity never left. It shaped how I see ecosystems, how I build relationships, and how I guide others through complexity. I aim to support individuals and teams in establishing a grounded path forward in their work.
In my work, I do not shy away from the uncomfortable. I work to support others in shining a light on what needs to change, so we can find the courage to live in ways that align with our values and support a sense of aliveness in our daily lives.
My career path wasn’t linear and I’m glad for it. I’ve worked in auto body shops, rare bookstores, publishing, outdoor education, nonprofits, hospitality, and tech partnerships. What ties it all together? A belief that people skills are business skills and that understanding humans is the real competitive advantage.
Today, I help leaders and organizations navigate change, build stronger partnerships, and lead with intention. Whether I’m untangling a $150M business unit, helping a nonprofit raise a third of their annual budget, or coaching a leader into their next chapter — my approach stays the same: ask better questions, look at the whole system, and drive meaningful transformation.
I live in New Jersey with my husband Nigel and our cat, Pesto. When I’m not connecting with clients, you’ll find me hiking, reading books about Alaska, or trying to ID birds by their songs. I have a passion for wildlife photography and you can find my full portfolio here.
My favorite question:
We’re always practicing something. What are you practicing in your life?
