Pricing varies based on the length and structure of our engagement. I’ll share rates after our initial conversation once I have a better understanding of what you’re looking for. I offer sliding scale options for early-career professionals and active job seekers.

It starts with a conversation. I offer a free 30-minute connection call so we can get to know each other, talk about what’s on your mind, and see if coaching feels like the right fit.

Most coaching engagements are bi-weekly, 60-minute sessions held over Google Meet. For existing clients, I also offer one-time strategy sessions or custom packages dependent on current needs. Between sessions, I’m available for touchpoint support via email or voice note if helpful.
We’ll design what works best for you during our first session.

Absolutely. Coaching is a confidential space. What you share stays between us — with the exception of any legal or safety concerns. I create a judgment-free space where you can speak openly and explore what’s really on your mind.

You’ll decide if you’d like to move forward with a coaching package.
You’ll receive a contract and invoice.
You’ll also receive an onboarding package with links to assessments and relevant questions to help us create a foundation for our coaching work.
